The most common reasons people reach out. If your question isn't here, email us anyway — we read every message.

• App issues Crashes, freezes, login problems, or the app behaving strangely on your device. Tell us what happened and we'll get it sorted.
• Video upload problems Uploads getting stuck, failing partway, or showing an error. Most fixes are quick once we know what your phone is doing.
• Submission review status Wondering where your submission sits in the queue, or why a clip is taking longer than usual. We can check the state of anything you've sent in.
• Quality requirements Confused about resolution, length, lighting, or what kind of work qualifies. We'll point you to the current bar so your next clip clears review.
• Account access Locked out, can't log in, lost access to the email you signed up with, or need to update your details. We'll get you back in.
• Payment or payout questions Payouts that haven't arrived, missing balance updates, or anything about how earnings get sent to your account. Reach out and we'll trace it.
• Feedback & feature requests Ideas for things you want Shift to do, gripes about how it works today, or just thoughts on the experience. We read every message.
• Privacy & data requests Access to your data, corrections, or deletion of your account. Privacy requests go to a dedicated inbox so they get handled in line with data protection law.
